Refund policy

Ahoy! So, you've snagged some dapper duds from our emporium, but things don't quite jive with your style? No worries, we've got ya covered with our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. The "Change-ya-Mind" Shuffle: If you do a 180 and decide our clobber ain't your cup of tea (or should we say stubby?), don't fret, mate. You've got 30 days from the date you got your gear to give us a yell. We reckon that's more time than it takes for a billy to boil. Note - there will be a 10% restocking fee
  2. Threads in Top Shape: Now, we've got one rule here: those threads better be in primo condition, like they just rolled off the sewing machine. We can't take back anything that's had a ripper of a night on the town, covered in meat pie stains, or smells like a dingo's breakfast. Your duds should be in mint condition, ready to hit the town again.
  3. Tags Still Swingin': Keep those price tags and labels attached like a koala to a eucalyptus tree. If they're gone, we can't accept your return. It's as simple as throwing a snag on the barbie.
  4. Size Snafu: Ordered the wrong size? No drama, send it back, tags still on, and we'll swap it for the right size. You'll need to cover the postage for this one, though – just like paying your round at the local pub!
  5. How to Return the Gear: Hit us up at orders@wanaked.au and tell us what's what. We'll shoot you back an email with all the deets on where to send the gear.
  6. Patience, Mate: We'll work our tails off to process your return faster than a kangaroo on a sugar high, but give us some breathing room. It might take a bit for your refund to pop back into your wallet.
  7. Swap Me, Maybe?: Wanna exchange your clobber for something else? Let us know what's ticklin' your fancy, and we'll see what we can rustle up. Just remember, it's all subject to stock availability
  8. Refund Method: We'll sling your refund using the same method you used to pay. No funny stuff with Monopoly money or barter trade, alright
  9. Sale Shenanigans and Specials: Sale items and specials are not part of this R&R Policy. Prior to purchasing, you acknowledge that any sale and special items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  10. Damaged Goods: If we stuffed up and sent you a dodgy item, we're real sorry. Snap a pic, email us at orders@wanaked.au, and we'll sort it out pronto. No worries on the postage for that one - it's on us.
  11. Right to Reject: Our team has the right to reject any refund or exchange that is not returned in it original packaging with labels attached, not in tip top condition and not in line with out R&R policy
